Conduct Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales planning
Effective communication of individual target and team target expectation to the team and plan accordingly
Adherence of daywise sales plan for self and his team for market activities, Ensuring regular follow up to track progress of team and take corrective action
Ensuring proper planning and availability of resources in advance for all market activities (Door to Door marketing, Pamphlet distribution), coordinate with Gold Loan staff, ensuring all areas are covered
Interact with branch operations team to check existing borrower (EB) customer calling for upselling,
Follow up with NPA customer by calling them
Responsible for gold loan target for the region
ensure maximum branches should achieve the assigned target
ensure productivity of sales team BSMs and FOSs
Create and drive area specific marketing strategies to build the Brand of SBFC in the district
Devise new and creative ways of branding and lead generation (canopy, health camps, Lucky draws, , Branding in Autos, Bus Stands etc.) which adapt to the unique requirements of the location and help increase brand visibility
Coming up with creative marketing strategies for existing customers (greeting cards and messages on festivals, collecting appreciation and suggestion letters from customers) in order to collect new customer references
Conduct competitor benchmarking in the area and develop competing strategies
Training sales staff on their sales pitch to improve conversion rate by explaning the advantages of joining SBFC
Improve branch Sales efficiency and effectiveness
Proper area wise planning for door to door/ shop to shop activities in areas to increase customer connect
Collect references from all customers and ensure timely calling and sending SMS’s to all leads to increase conversion rate
Planning customer visits to old customers/ HNI customers who have closed accounts to bring them back to the SBFC
follow up on interest collection to minimise penal charges for each customer and increase customer loyalty
