Job Description
- Responsible for managing and sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) / Secured Business Loan business for Goregaon cluster and spoke location – Vasai
- Identify potential spoke locations and grow business
- Build new network, and augment existing network of DSA, and develop the RMs to source business
- Monitoring Business activities that are in tandem to the credit policy of the company
- Visit all the locations and service centers and spoke locations and conducting sales promotion activities
- Driving business through the team to achieve the target
- Smooth functioning of lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction, processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service
- Responsible for adherence to compliance norms of the complete cluster
- Recruitment of staff at cluster
- Monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity
- Ensuring Target achievement by co-coordinating with teams
